Pastor Cox was born in Madison, Wisconsin in March 1996 and was raised in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He is the oldest of his parents' three children.
He attended high school at Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, Wisconsin. After graduating high school, he moved to New Ulm, Minnesota to enroll at Martin Luther College, from which he graduated in 2018. The following fall, he moved back to Wisconsin and began his seminary training at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. His seminary education included three years of classroom instruction and one year in Covington, Georgia, where he served as a vicar.
Pastor Cox graduated from the seminary in 2022 and was assigned to Calvary where he has served since.
In his free time, pastor Cox enjoys listening to music and cheering for Wisconsin sports teams.
